As Michael Singer writes in The Untethered Soul:
“Real transformation begins when you embrace your problems as agents for growth.”
The Reclaim Your Inner Power retreat is your container to do just that. Not to escape life and avoid what’s challenging, but to rebuild that self-trust and regain your clarity on what matters in life. Let yourself return home feeling grounded, vibrant, and clear on who you are, what you are here to do in life and what you are no longer available for…
Best of all, you will feel energised and empowered to better serve the people and communities you love! Because you know that investing in your own growth and healing means you can show up more with more power and presence in your life.
Why This Retreat?
We are offering practical tools and knowledge that bridges ancient wisdom with modern scientific understanding and theraupeitc tools. This is so you can GET SH*T DONE and make healthy changes in your life, not just get a dopamine rush from lots of new shiny knowledge and pool-side times in Italy.
This 6-day retreat offers:
Intentional space and rituals to reconnect to your own voice and intuition.
Individual and group coaching to get more clarity on what you want to experience in your life - to get clear on what really matters again! Cut through all that noise…
Being taught practical methods to deepen self-trust and your own agency - so you can move forward with courage! Let’s get that fire burning in you again.
Physical and energy-based practices to have a somatic experience of your own power! Feel strong in your own body, in your own unique way.
Be seen and celebrated in community - connect to other women who are on a similar path - we are here to empower and inspire each other!
Group accountability and tools for next steps - what happens after the retreat? We will make sure you are clear on your action steps and integration.
We will keep coming back to these questions at the retreat…
👉 What do you want to create in your life? Clarity on your vision, goals and values.
👉 Now what needs to be done now? Decide and take action.
👉 Who are you now? Be clear on your identity and who you are becoming…
